There are various problems on the earth now. An environmental problem and the energy problem are serious problems. It is said that the fossil fuel except the coal disappears entirely from the earth by 90 more. There is not the substitute for fossil fuel on the earth now. In addition, we must think about the air pollution. A person cannot live in the earth as if the exhaust gas of the car and that of factory continue appearing. The world countries take the various measures for these problems. This paper will state that an action for their energy problem and environmental problem.
In the Europe, measures advanced because the influence of the acid rain extended in depth. Water and air pollution regulation, regulation about the garbage begin comparatively early, and it is said that the consciousness about the citizen's environment is high in many countries including Germany, Sweden, and Denmark. In addition, regulation by a regional frame called EU and the policy are performed. More therefore that they gather dead leaves falling into the way and extract ethanol and do it in the fuel of the car is performed.
In China, it is said that serious environmental pollution is taking place by the polluted industrial water and artificial manure from a factory, a pesticide in a river, a lake and the sea near the shore. 60% are invaded about a river, the lake by serious pollution. In addition, there is the area where soil pollution is taking place, and cancer and the frequent occurrence of the rare disease, the outbreak of the malformed creature are pointed out in the pollution area by heavy metal.
